We look at how a potential client is likely experiencing your site, where attention may be dropping, and whether your website is supporting conversions or relying too heavily on your presence to do the work.
This isn’t an automated audit, a checklist, or a pitch disguised as a review.
Not every request is a fit...and that’s intentional. Our goal is to make sure this step is actually useful for you, whether Search Engine Optimization makes sense now or later.

What we look at during a visibility review
This review focuses on how your website is supporting visibility online and client decision-making.
Not on technical fixes or surface-level metrics (As we do not have access to all technical data for your website).
Specifically, we look at:
- How clearly your website communicates who it’s for and what to do next
- How a potential client is likely moving through your site and the experience they may have
- Where attention or trust signals may be dropping off
- Whether your website is helping to pre-qualify the right inquiries
- Whether SEO and AI SEO would be supportive for your business now or better suited for a later stage
